1. Eat more fruit and vegetables
Fruit and vegetables are full of essential nutrients and fibres. Since it takes about 3 months for your dietary changes to take effect you should start eating a healthier as soon as you decide to try to become pregnant, this will help your fertility levels Fruits and vegetables are rich in beta carotene, vitamin C, Potassium and Folic acid. 2. Take a good quality multivitamin
The prenatal vitamin supplements who are especially formulated for pregnancy (a lot of the contents will be the same as normal supplements, but the levels are different. THIS IS KEY). You can read more in the blogpost titled Cheap IVF presents: Infertility causes what to eat and what to avoid.
3. Meditate and use visualizations
Women who suffer from stress and/or depression are twice as likely to have problems with fertility as women who don’t. There are a lot of different techniques to use (see the cheap IVF infertility resources page)

Avoid: Alcohol
Drinking any alcohol at all can reduce your fertility by half! – Studies have shown that women who drink less than 5 five glasses of wine a week are twice as likely to get pregnant within six-months compared with those who drinks more.
(Drinking alcohol also causes a decrease in sperm count).
Avoid: Caffeine
Studies have shown that caffeine (particularly in the form of coffee) reduces fertility. Drinking as little as one cup of coffee a day can halve your chances of conceiving! Remember that caffeine also can be found in sodas, tea, energy-drinks some painkillers and a lot of other sources
Avoid: Xenoestrogens
Xenoestrogens “environmental oestrogens” can be found in pesticides and the plastic industry. These xenoestrogens can disrupt your hormonal balance. The easiest way to eliminate an excess intake of xenoestrogens is to buy as much organic produce as possible when trying to get pregnant.
Avoid: Smoking
Studies has linked Smoking with infertility in women (and with a higher risk of miscarriage)
Get: Folic Acid
It’s not enough to take folic acid alone when trying to become pregnant but combined with all of the B vitamins it increases fertility
Get: Zinc
Zinc is necessary for your body to utilise the reproductive hormones, oestrogen and progesterone.
Get: Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)
These essential fats are crucial for healthy hormone functioning.
Get: Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that has been shown to increase fertility for both men and women.
Get: L-Carnitine
Research has shown that L-Carnitine increases the sperm count and motility.

When looking at cheap IVF and lowering IVF costs we first need to break it down to its sub-parts;
In the USA one IVF trail (known as a cycle) will cost from USD 10 000 to USD 15 000
(it´s pretty much the same in the UK). If we would break down that sum in it´s sub-parts it would look something like this;
Fees (5% to 10% of the IVF cost). Doctor’s fees, fees for egg collection and embryo transfer, embryologist’s fees for intro fertilisation, anaesthetics, ultrasound scans, theatre charges.
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (Creation of embryos by direct injection of sperm into egg) can be 28% to 40% of the IVF cost. This procedure
The Hormonal drugs needed (can be 20% to 80% of the IVF cost)
Some clinics can charge up to 20% of the IVF cost for Embryo freezing (plus a yearly storage charge) , other clinics has this included in the basic costs, do your research!
Other investigations Genetic screening before implantation, in order to pick the best embryos: can be 55% to 120% of the basic IVF treatment cost. (there is actually little published evidence that this method is effektive.)
Regulatory fee can be 4% to 5% of the basic IVF cost. Some clinics charge this separately!
This is the cost of ONE cycle (one try).
So for cheap IVF one must also consider the IVF success rate in order to get a reasonable estimate of the cost for a successful IVF
Success rate is dependent on different factors such as age, number of embryos placed and infertility causes
The Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority gives the average success rates from 2005 for each age group as:
29.6% for women under 35 years old;
23.6% for women aged 35 – 37 years old;
18.2% for women aged 38 – 39 years old;
10.0% for women aged 40 – 42 years old;
3.2% for women aged 43 – 44 years old;
For women over the age of 44 HFEA gives a IVF success rate of 0,8% (!)
